My girlfriend has never really had a strong sex drive. She wants to wait till marriage to have sex and I am 100% behind her. When we first started dating everything was great in bed (we obviously don't have sex but we still fool around). We even introduced some toys and other fun things to spice things up a bit. Well after going through a couple of different antidepressants her sex drive has been very much reduced. This particular anti-D has been working ok for her so shes not going to change it, however one of the very obvious side effects is a decreased sex drive. I guess what I'm asking is what can we do to spice things up again and get her goin? thanks!

Feel free to read and check out the informative places I put in here and good luck to the two of you! Couple of things. First make sure you are hydrated and very aroused before sexual encounters. You may want to talk to your physician though cause you may be suffering from hypo sexual desire disorder (HSDD) or female sexual dysfunction (FSD). There are plenty of natural libido enhancers out there that can help but there are also two pharmaceutical options nearing availability, LibiGel and Flibanserin I for one would not go those routes but they are options to consider if you think the problem is serious. As an alternative you could stick with natural female aphrodisiacs and plenty of water based lube and make sure to get plenty of stimulation before going for intercourse.
