??Sumitriptan??

    i just recently read that some of the shulgins synthesis are based with sumitriptan, which ones and also how does one go about isolating the said ingredient from 100mg tablets. :eek:

    a) it's not cost-effective, unless you're a doc and get access to large quantities of it

    b) it requires a Raney catalyst for desulfonation, assuming you'd want 5-Me-DMT. oxidizing the methyl group then decarboxylation gives the parent compound
