hhahahahahaha u ppl kill me. the greens?!?!? god almighty this country would be completely up the shitter if they ever won. john howard didnt lie, you people are such sheep, think for yourselves, is it lieing if you say something that u believe at the time but then change your mind with new facts? mark latham makes my skin crawl, he was such a pawn for the labour party, at least howard can stand on his own legs. lathams whole them and us thing was "down with the upper and middle class" . i didnt vote for him because he wanted to give more money to public schools and take more from private schools and that just really grates my cheese. people have this idea that all people in private school are rich kids from rich families, this is total bullllshit lots of ppl in private schools arent rich at all and their parents are making personal sacrifices just so they can give their kids a good education. plus they end up having to pay for not only their own kids education coz the government isnt that generous to private schools but they also have to dish out money to the public schools. people are so spiteful when they are envious.

If the government gave as much to public schools as it did to private, there wouldn't be an issue over 'better education' because public schools could afford more facilities thus leaving the system less stretched.

public schools actually receive heaps more from the government. most school funding comes from the state government and in state government public schools get HEAPs more than private schools. let politicians do their job and fuck the country up theres nothing anyone can do about it.
