Many Bahamians believe that if you take the 'bibby' (mucus) from a dog's or horse's eye and put it in your own, you can actually see a spirit.

you can see spirits if you manage to consciously Astral Project...I was sooo fucking close to doing it some minutes ago.
seems like my body ran out of energy and my vibrations de-frequented, it just took me too long to get in the zone.

my heart chakra was going crazy almost. next time I do it I think I'll meditate for a bit longer, stretch, and do it early in the day when I'm fresh yet in a zen like state of mind, as opposed to burnt out from all day.
spent almost an hour trying to focus, but once I just let go, I realized the process happens naturally outside the conscious minds territory.
I think I got it figured out now though. I should Project before the summers end.
