Know your source. For real . . The shrooms are different in the US and Europe . . US being way more toxic. They used to squeeze a little bit out onto spoons, heat it up with fire which converts the muscimol (very important, sp?) and then they cooled it down and drank that. they say it's an out of body experience. don't ingest amanita muscaria without converting the muscimol either with sufficient sunshine, oven, or fresh squeezed ONLY. Santa Clause was an Amanita Shaman. They would dress up in the colors of the mushroom and go gathering them in the winter. When they would eat the mushrooms, their cheeks would get red, and they would piss. Reindeer love amanita piss because IT DOES NOT CONTAIN MUSCIMOL. The body converts it. When the body converts it, IT HURTS it's really bad. It's a poison. You do not want to ingest that shit... So that's my opinion on the mushroom . .
well i found the extract on shamanic extracts. what would they heat on the spoon, the mushroom or the muscimol?
muscimol is an alkaloid inside of the mushroom. so uh I don't know how the extract was made so, maybe the alkaloid is still in there if so give some to your friend then drink their urine
I am planning on getting some European/Asian caps and roasting them over a fire while camping, should be fun. As for the extract, just heat it sufficently in any way and it will work out. The Mushroom Man
whats the difference between euro/asian caps and north american i know the amercian are more toxic but why are the eruopean or asian less toxic
Did you know???? Thousands of years ago, there were tribes. The shamans would gather the mushrooms, and there would be a ceremony for the whole tribe. If you were too poor in the tribe to trade anything for the mushrooms you were to drink the urine of the ones who ate the mushrooms. You can recycle the alkaloids thru the urine over and over. It's quite fascinating. The new humans are too prude and ignorant to ever accept this rite. You can just order them from the noosphere with your credit card . . E Z
Um, I've heard about everything you just said is a myth. Muscimol is converted in the body, santa was most certainly not an Aminita Shaman(I get it, shamanism is everywhere, don't make ir like psychology class where you try to find things where they are not; in psychology it's meanings in cartoons). The ibotinic acid is poison in large doses, and the shamans would drink the aminita piss. I saw a video by the people at redangel.com, or something, where they debunked the myth that fresh is dangerous. I will also add that it was an american cap, a HUGE one. It doesn't cconvert anything to cook them. Stop saying completely untrue things. An amanita muscaris is an amanita muscatria
a bit of degradation of somthing occurs when you cook them, if you cook em for 15 minutes in boiling water and drain you can eat them with no effects, so if you are lost and find a gigantic fly agaric remember. if you boil fresh amanitas for 15 minutes and drain very well and drink the fluids it can be a pretty knarly time. I when i eat em prefer them fresh, eat it off the pine roots. you need to drink nothing but water for days before hand and drink not that much while you're flippin out, when the deep sleepiness kicks in drink a bit of water so you will need to piss when you awake, when you awake piss into some kind of container or your buddy's mouth, consume said piss, I know it's wierd drinking piss but think of those completely retching batches of shroom tea your friends make, and put it down quick, it's ok to drink more water now. the initial experiance from the raw mushrooms can be rather disconcerting but the feelings derived from the resulting piss are rather disturbingly a lot better.
wait you eat raw fresh caps growing straight from underneath the tree? So let me get this straight, you eat the raw caps, drink tons and tons of water, essentially pass out. Then awake and pee it out and drink that? You've actually done this? also how is the effect in comparison to psilocybin? and Santa was a amanita shaman. Where do you think the tradition of putting presents under a pine tree came from? Because amanitas grow under pine trees...
I thought that old tribes used to do this. I never have. haha. I know I've had fresh amanitas, and amanitas that I've converted, which were a LOT less loopy sickening. Where is this video that debunks the chemistry??
I have dried amanita caps from oregon I got from bouncing bear botanicals, do you think those are alright? Does the muscimol not convert as well if you don't cook them from fresh raw mushrooms? I don't know how they were dried. Should I maybe stick the dried mushrooms in the over for an hour on like 180 F? Or would just boiling them in soup for 15 minutes be enough?
