Security and Stability are such horrid things
They make life so mundane and ordinary
    I want to live life
I want to see the four corners of the earth
I want to scream and dance in ecstasy
And to wallow in sorrow and pain
But nothing would be the worst of all
    The same house everyday
    The same people everyday
The same hopes for life every morning only to be let down by nightfall
    Please let me live
    I want to love
Go on the road and see the Haight Ashbury
The last lingering utopia of this earth
And why should I wait around until life's gone
And it'll be a mad rush to do all the things I've wanted
    The time is now
