I'm 5'0" and 135 lbs... I got 3 hydrocodones, I've taken 2 already and I'm waiting a little on the 3rd, since I've never taken them before. Will this do anything for me? And how long do they take to "kick in"?
I've done many opiates and still find hydros to be good. Hell, I even love darvocets. It would have helped though if you had said what size they were. 2.5s, 5s, 7.5s, 10s? Either way taking all 3 would have been pretty safe.
I find that if you get up and move around, so as to get your blood flowing, the hydrocodone will kick in faster.
pfft, i was just never a fan of hydros. the first opiate i EVER tried was contin... nothing else seemed to compare...
Trust me, you'd like Tussionex. I don't like taking vics anymore either, but Tussionex kicks ass and it tastes fookin wonderful. It's extended release hydrocodone, so drinking 120ml(240mg of hydro) will have you fukt up as shit for 20+ hours
Yes indeed! If I had the choice of 120 mils of the golden nector, or a couple of 80's, I'd choose the tuss every time. 24 hours of unadulterated bliss!
Opiate all the way, it's timed release hydrocodone, 10 mg/ tsp. It aslo has chlorpheneramine, 2 or 4 mg/tsp, I forget which. Very, very mellow. And expensive without insurance.
is there any overdose associated with Chlorpheniramine?? i researched it and supposedly there is.... "High doses of Chlorpheniramine Maleate (CPM) can cause severe and life-threatening symptoms including seizures; shortness of breath or troubled breathing; weakness; loss of consciousness; severe dryness of mouth, nose, or throat; bleeding from skin, mouth, eyes, rectum, and vagina; and possibly death. We have seen recommendations that no more than 24 mg of CPM be taken in a day."
Tussionex sounds like a very desirable high. I'm sure that chlorpheniramine will have bad effects at high doses (It seems to be the liquid equivalent of acetaminophen, if you look at it from a non-scientific way). If you can get a good 20 hour high from tussionex I would love to get my hands on some, even though I have a natural tolerance to hydros. I am assuming it is harder to come across than pills?
Yeah but the chlorpheniramine in the Tussionex is also extended release, so there is very little risk or overdose involved, unless you're just extra sensitive to it. If you have any sort of opiate tolerance, the best way to go is 120ml of Tuss
It's not too hard to come across, but it's a cough syrup, as opposed to a pain medication. Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine, btw. I'd say it's more like promethazine, as opposed to acetaminophen.
hahaha "Golden Nectar". That sounds about right The high is much more intense than regular hydros and it comes on in waves. Personally, I prefer Tussionex to any other opiate preparation I've ever tried.
I second that opinion. 120 ml of Tussionex is the equivalent of 240 mg of hydrocodone (timed release). I was happy when the docs would prescribe only 60 ml. :cheers2:
