I was watching CNN today and there are small news stories that appear at the bottom of the screen. I read those because some intersting things appear every so often. Well this morning I read that the US did an airstrike in Fullijah (Spelling?) and there was a wedding going on. The groom died and women and children were injured. This saddened me a great deal. When will it end?

This isn't the first time this has happened, there was a report a while back about a wedding that was bombed with many casualties, but of course the pentagon and the white house denied all these charges.

That's why I'm never getting married....

It is pretty ridiculous that they write off the murders of the people they're trying to "liberate" as an unavoidable part of war that they aren't responsible for. Haven't there been like 11, 000 Iraqi casualties? I'm sure some were those insurgent people using car bombs or something, but a lot of them were our fault.... probably most.

Well, according to Iraq Body Count (www.iraqbodycount.com), there may have been as many as 15,000 casualties. Some reporters have suggested as high as 30,000. There's really no way to know. These numbers, of course, don't include the tens of thousands who have been mutilated for life, who will never walk again, whose skin has been burned off, who are in comas...
