It's kinda funny actually cuz some are past my a** and some are like 5 inches long :) Anyways ...any ideas? Anyone else the same way?

I have one right in the front center that does the same thing.

I burned it with a lighter 15 months ago and it refuses to dread or grow.

    sucks!

My little toe nail on my left foot doesn't grow ever since I dropped a loudspeaker on it.

this may sound anti-intuitive, but you could try trimming the stubborn dreads just a tad bit - might stimulate growth. I found, for some odd reason, that when I trimmed the clumpy ends off some of mine they seemed to grow faster.
