ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh,, it is through juvenile court.. no worries,, dfcs is having final say.. the charges may be dropped entirely..
trust me on this.. just do your program with dfacs and dont sweat court....

i'm doing everything i can...

i "graduated" from phase 2 of my alcohol and drug services therapy thingy-moe-jiggy today... now onto phase 3 tomorrow! then i'm done..

 

i'm too lazy to explain it again... i need a nap. and french fries... and ice cream.. and CAKE!

 

trust me,, if they were going to prosecute you,you would be going to criminal court,not family court..
the court is just a scare tactic.
my guess,,our guess,,is they will jus keep extending it till you have completed all the bullshit and youll finally go in front of the judge the day you get your kid back.
then at worst youll get unsupervised probation,at best the charges will be dropped but chances are youll have to deal with checkups from your case worker for a while no matter what happens...

 

i'm cool with that.. just gimme my kid!
