5 month update! (pics)

just moved up to sf and i can tell my dreadies feel at home. i can practically feel them knotting with excitement!

Love it. I particularly enjoy seeing you post dread pictures because your hair is still holding the natural curl, yet looks dreaded and gorgeous. My hair is pretty curly and kinky (kind of like yours), and all my dreadlettes are still pretty damn curly. It bothered me at first, because it's harder to tell that they're knotting up, but I kind of like my curly dreads now.

Anyway, all of that was basically to say that your dreads are gorgeous. I hope mine turn out that lovely and stay curly!

yeah theyre natural. at first i hated the curliness and tried the straighten them all out but now i love them and how they all have theyre own personalities.
im from San Diego originally, no way i could ever leave the west coast. moving up to oregon in the next two yeas or so

if u look close at the back u see 1 thats maube 1/4 inch but then widens out in a wild crazy loopy funkiness thats just supercool think thats mnaybe 1 1/4 or so then gets thin again


when her dreads mature lil more they;re gonna bve so amazing and completely her.. thats why i like natural so much not only do each and every dread develop a personality all theyre own.. but all together they fit the personality of the person theyre attached to perfectly

my thickest dread is probaby 1 or 1 and a 1/4 inches across at its fattest
but yeah its hard to tell because a lot of them are like a half inch and straight until about half way down where they freak out and get super loopy and thick.
im not worried about them not being fatty because im letting them do their own thing and i have a feeling that when they get a little bit older theyll fill out
