I've just seen a movie When Harry met Sally, which says that men and women can hardly be just friends. Is it true?

It's possible. But if there you know like BEST friends, then probably not. As of date, I have about probably 15+ friends who are girls. Most of them, I hardly see, and the ones I do see have boyfriends or aren't interested. I only have 1 friend who I consider a best friend. She and I agree on this because we have been friends since birth and no we aren't related. But she likes about 100 miles away, but if we lived closer, I think we would be together. But, I much prefer being good friends with girls for two reasons: 1) If they have a boyfriend and break up, you can swoop in and save the day. 2) Help them and they put in good word for the other girls you interested it. and a possible 3) They just like one of the guys...except no testicles. Hope that answers your question.

I have many girl friends. Its nice because I can have another opinion that my male friends can't give.

I have a couple but they are friends mainly because they happen to be the husband/boyfriend of my friend. Most of my friends are women and I think it's because I went to an all girls school, all girls college and have worked mainly with women. It's just the way my life has been so far although I want to be meeting more men now and get a nice balance!
