MS Contin or OxyContin?

Ok I know that the oxy is twice as strong as the morphine so lets say twice the dossage of morphine compared to oxycodone. What would you rather have? How do both do for pain and also what are the side effects of morphine I haven't had any one Oxycodone.

 

I'd rather have oxy if its the same price, no doubt about that, I don't know about how it works for pain though, I only take opiates recreationally.

I think morphine would be better for pain though because of the duration, and there really aren't any side effects for either with the exception of nausea in high doses, constipation, dehydration, and feeling awesome.

Morphine always seems to be cheaper, and because it lasts longer I usually picked that over oxy. 120mgs of morphine will last you 6-8 hours while for me oxy lasts 2-3. Oxy is a more intense euphoria though.

I got so hooked on them..BAD SHIT FOLKS.I got hooked as soon as I put it in my mouth.I thought I would try it recreationaly.4 yrs later I decided I had to get off this shit..Ha I thought I was going to die..Worst shit I have ever been through.The withdrawls were AWFUL I had to go to the hospital for 3 days to get medicaly detoxed.That was two yrs ago.I will never touch either one of them again.... MS Contin for me. Longer duration. Plus, for some reason, I enjoy the effects more. So much warmth, carelessness, itchiness... <nods off for a second>

I love morphine. Only thing I don't like is how it makes it harder to pee while your high.

 

Why is everyone referring to MS-Contin as the better drug because of duration. Has everyone forgotten that Oxycontin is time-released, and has a 12 hour duration? Everyone forgets that because we all snort them, haha.

 

Lol thats the case with all opiates. everytime i've done oxy, I wasted like 20 minutes in front of the toilet tryna piss. it just wont come out.

OxyCONTIN, ms-CONTIN.....hence the CONTIN guys? It's for CONTINuous release.

Oral morphine has a horribly low bioavailablity, so I would def. vote for Oxycodone.

:cheers2: I broke my back 8 years ago. Was told at "pain clinic that oxys were less addictive" When the perscriptions stopped the heroin started.I've been off both now for 4 yrs. But now I have the ball and chain called Methadone. I don't see myself off this either. I do love my o.p.'s. So yes , if your not injured you'de be smart to stay away . There are good "drugs" like LSD @ the good old dank. Hard to smile when your sick all the time too. Stay smart and alive.
