i've been looking at the area that i want to use as my grow area, and i noticed that on the cinder walls there is some mold growing. i'm in the process of cleaning it up with bleach and mold armor and was wondering if this problem continued would it screw up my grow?? or would a simple de humidifier do the trick, since i'm figuring that the reason for the mold is the humidity levels down there.

Mold is a bad sign. You will probably also need to cool your area, so you might consider using an air conditioner in addition to a dehumidifier. You might be able to get by with only the a/c. Vent it such that the aroma won't be detected by people in the building or those passing by. I used both in an attic location and had no problem with mold.

Do as said above.. i'd probably buy some black/white poly aka panda film and put that up as well. the black side has an antimicrobial if i remember right too.
