They're not really legal. They are only perceived as legal because as of yet they have not been specifically named in any drug act or put on a specific drug schedule. But best be believing it's only a matter of time.
It's not long before they're fully outlawed, there's just no knowledge of the effects of them yet. Fuck them, who are they to judge what's right and tell us that tripping is an outlawed activity. Damn.
The dark day will come eventually. I hope much later than sooner. It will be sad But that doesn't mean the end, in fact, probably a new beginning. There are still many more chemicals completely un-researched that can be explored and might be brought to the grey market for research. Besides, just because something is illegal, doesn't mean it still isn't available... right?
I'm not sure if there are any RC's that are completely legal (Not an analog) but even then if you get caught with it I am sure you will still get busted (Even if you get let go) because it looks mighty suspicious having a bag of an unknown substance, most likely a white powder. Just don't be dumb and you won't get caught with anything. Don't run your mouth, don't hand it out to everyone, and try to think before acting with any RC.
Bromo-Dragonfly is still completely legal here in the UK. You won't get 'busted' if it's something legal, you'll be arrested then let go and they'll take the substance in question to be analysed.
I realize if I got caught with them on the streets it wouldn't be good, the reason I'm asking is because in the future I might want to order them offline, but I wanted to know if they are technically illegal first. I live in the US btw.
Well there is one that is completely legal, I'm not sure if it is in the US though. That is what I meant it to be, but still they will take you in and be in jail for a day or two or longer. And if you just want a yes/no answer to if most RC's are illegal then I would say yes, because if you get caught with them they will probably bust you. I doubt they are specifically looking for RC's, but I'm sure it happens still. Like I said though, just be smart about it and you'll be good.
Yeah, but if you had a wrap of flour on you you'd probably get busted because they'd think that it was an illegal substance, lol.
I know in Cali at least (Maybe the US) you will get busted still if you say you have any illegal drug and it turns out to be flour or something like that. It is pretty dumb.
