    you live in nyc...
have you been to the chapel of sacred mirrors, yet?

oh I loved when they would hold entheogenic salons.
    those were amazing.

he was dressed up in black, hooded, and a skull mask when I saw him.
    (masquerade)

    toodles~

    yes I have!
He is an amazing man...I've had the pleasure of speaking with him one on one a couple of times. Every time I've spoken with him its been on more serious topics, so his sense of humor was refreshing to see.

do you live in or near NYC?

dude that made me love him even more!!! His pictures capture such earthly, yet surreal scenes as well those which are more otherworldly...and his words, his words were beautiful, he was able to paint a pretty good picture of his trips and what he gained from them. In the end, its all about the love, having it and sharing it...damn he is awesome!!

i am dying to go to his gallery...

Interesting, I was treated to the same overwhelming sensation of becoming immediatley aware of the worldwide suffering, but the result was completley different. It seemed that no matter how many waves of suffering were hitting me, it was like being rooted in empathy would not allow a sense of mastery where I could feel compassion and contain it as expected, like trying to turn a car over and drive down the road. I was feeling more and more pain while the empathy I was growing continued to do so, but it wouldnt stop for me. There was no settling throw back of being at peace with it, however I didnt get sick at all. I felt weightless as the suffering waves kept bombarding my awareness, yet at the same time I felt like a sheet blowing in the wind concerning my connection to bodily pain. It was entirely mental.
But then as it stopped, a very different unfolding took place, I was not back in my localised sense of self, becoming aware of my own faults and the suffering I cause directly as Grey is saying in the video. I became aware of an entity which was again giving birth to me, and as I came out between it's legs, I was shown the universe fold in upon itself and swallow up into the mouth of Brahma. As it all closed up, it wasted no time into exploding back outwards, like a flower blossoming and reaching into the void to give it mass and colorful substance, I 'felt' the 4 fundamental interactions of creation differentiate from the field and the network grid was building itself out, up, into, over, etc. The vision closed with my walls uncrumbling and shattering, building themselves back up, the carpet came back, the plants, kitchen table, mandala painting and my prayer alter reappeared and it was like watching a decaying flower go back in time and spring back to the pinnacle of it's life. I was on the floor trembling in my body again, and then proceeded to feel like I was having a seizure for the next 3 or so hours. By far the most previously unfathomable and currently beyond memorable experience I ever had. I truly, do not think the body could sustain more pain, and I do not think it was being caused directly by my mind, the mind is a medium. I believe it was caused by an overflow of prana, a shock to the astral circulitory system inside of me, due to trying to help my girlfriend taste God. I was burned by trying to be the medium, or the Buddhist teacher Grey is referring to, when I was (and still am) far from ready for. Yet I still play with fire :D

I wonder why my magic mushroom trips seem to be so much more intense than any other psychedelics I've ever tried? They just take me so deep into other planes, some of the visuals, thoughts of dying/being in other dimensions, and contact with nature-replenishing beings people experience from DMT seem to be so similar to my mushroom trips. I've never had DMT in smokeable form, but I hear so much about how it is so indescribable and like being blasted into realms of thought transcendental to comprehension, yet I get the same experience out of mushrooms, besides of course the immediate overwhelming of psychedelia. I surely can not say with any certainty that I can compare the two since I've never tried it, but I've never met anyone before who has had experiences anywhere close to what I go through from mushrooms. Half the time, they take away my ability to connect with my sense organs entirely, and my vision is replaced with entirely new dimensions as I come into contact with entities who are weaving nature into existence, and I've seen that there are veins of light composing reality at its most fundamental plane. I dont know, like I said I cant be sure, but I've not even gone 1% as far into planes of reality unknowable to the mind with LSD, mescaline, or any RC's like I have with magic mushrooms. Very strange really. I cant wait until I can smoke DMT for myself and compare.

This thread is a very good read!
I have never drank the brew but have had my share of smoked DMT, and I must admit, I'm sometimes grateful for the short duration.

Being on an LSD trip that dissolves you into the universe seems much more comfortable than what AG described of the 'Aya.

This thread has encouraged me to seek...
