SilverHippy n Mellow are right..LSD is no toy..It's Mind Altering, you can see some fairly weird shit on it, and you 'feel' different, you feel all wavy and wiggly inside.. almost to the point of hurling, you have waves of extacy and waves of depression, you see your body melt before your eyes and watch the air itself turn to paisley and the colors burst inside your brain, like a kelidescope on steriods. You laugh, you cry, you return to fetus and are born again. It's all kinda frightening and exciting at the same time.. you feel everything with your whole Being.

Mescaline and Mushrooms are a much smoother trip and is not as unpredictable as LSD.

 

shrooms can be pretty unpredictable, ive had super weak ones and super strong ones before and they looked the same. Mescalines pretty consistent for me. Pain in the ass to prepare but probably my favorite trip

i hope that in the near future, common people (not chemists) will get a precise and acurate way of making lsd, that would be cool.......

It's not just for lsd that fragile psychics should be wary. amphetamines are the same and even ole thc.

personally I can't even smell weed without going a lil psychically unstable. Which isn't exactly bad, but being that its connected so much with other people, and people having a wide range of issues (including ones inner struggle) then things can get messy.\

I've heard of psychic warriors who used amphetamine in their journeys having anurisms. Actually if you ever get to the higher levels in a psyche ward these days you might be suprised how many of the staff take stimulants just to stay on top of the patients

Well i'm similar but still very much intact, you likely wouldn't believe the dosages i've tripped out on, completely fry most peoples minds, during my teens and early 20's in the underground rave scene.

I thought LSA is derived from Ipomea or Baby Woodrose etc, didn't realise Ergot from Rye was a source, the source in fact.

I know I seem like a know it all at some points, but my life has just been like that, at times I feel like Forest Gump. Sometimes I think I know too much. But I was there in the midst of it through circumstance and apparently my destiny. I was exposed at a very tender age and where I grew up, well it was the hub, the cradle, the loop, I was in the in crowd so to speak bc I had older sisters that happen to hook up with guys that 'were connected' Were the dealers for the biguns, like Leary. By the time I was 16 I knew evry chemist,dealer and most of the 'heads' in So Cali/LA area in the earily 60s and later relocated to The Haight in 66'.

In The Haight there were tons of 'bathtub chemists' that made a veriety of drugs, including LDS-25 There were also tons of reading meterial and forumlas for making these drugs.

I've seen a lot of these long ago, but out of everything, what I remember the most is Leary himself telling me it was made from rye mold while we were all trippin' in the Canyon and in my mind, I saw this beautiful flied of rye bread molding under the sun, the mold shaped in paisley with neon color bursting from the fiber of the mold as it met the horizon and the bread sitting like the cheshire cat grinning, as the mold seemed to grow from it like it hair.

I speak of Leary so much bc he was such a strong influence on me in my LSD yrs. I also took triple dose' of acid on many ocation also and have learned all I can from it.

I don't mean to be a party pooper, but I expected more than that. I'd like to find out how LSD actually works physiologically in the brain to alter sensory perception. I can't seem to get a straight answer on the internet. And why, after you've tripped 2-3 days in a row, does LSD cease to affect you, unless you take a large dose of multivitamins? (Happened to me).

 

LSD and ACID are differnt. Just by purity levels. LSD comes from labs, like in the 60's the purity level is 99.9% aka fluff.

ACID is what you get off the street trying to be made by people with lesser purity levels due to a possible mistake in the process. The crystals often come out a differnt color (where they should typically be white) purple purity is often 90% purity where as brown would be about 50% or less. and orange being 70-80%

 

Agreed there are also many analogs of LSD

dude, the most difficult thing to get for the syntheses is hydrazine, which is carefully monitored not just for the drug uses, but also because it's a catalyst for making ammonium nitrate (a high explosive) and is also a very potent monopropellant (thus an explosive itself, though not incendiary). fortunately, it can be made with ammonia and hydrogen peroxide, with water as a byproduct.

btw, depending on the tec, magnetically stirring might not be necessary

I know it's been a few months since someone's posted on this topic. Though I'm curious to know, is there a way to find out the purity of one's acid? For example, if I was to buy it off the streets and wanted to test out it's purity, is there a testing kit for it?

Sorry, I'm a noob when it comes to LSD, but ever since I've first come by LSD, I've just been so curious of everything and anything to do with it.
