ok when i smoke i get kind of paranoid but i didnt smoke for like 3months and i got f*cked up paranoid when i get paranod i dont like freak out becuz when ever i smoke i ust act chill like im not high and focus on what im doing so i was really mad when i got paranoid becuz it kind of blew my high so how do i get rid of paranoia becuz im supposed to go smoke a eighth with my friends tomorrow and i cant have any fun if im paranoid so any ideas to kick the paranoia i kind of feel like everyone knows that i am high im not really scared of cops i mostly just think everyone knows and is staring at me were probably going to chill at the park after we smoke just sit around and kick it so any ideas does chewing on stems really work
its normal. the only advice i have beyond "just relax" is to look into some simple breathing meditations.
Yeah do some breathing exercises. Also, a saying that helps me with social paranoia... "What other people think of me, is none of my business." It helps me a lot, and you might find it useful too. It just keeps me from getting wound up in what people might be thinking about me.
breathing excercizes are great. i used to get pretty paranoid sometimes. but i found that stretching and breathing, doing some yoga was actually fucking incredible when you're totally pie eyed. i burn a couple big bowls, turn off the lights and stretch for like an hour straight, and feel great during and afterwards.
You don't have to smoke if you dont wanna but I bet you are still going to do it... Hey listen ever since i had my first paranoid time on weed it never really went away.. You will always be anxious or paranoid about something.. It's what weed does to you.. Gone are the days where you were like "wow this stuff is funny" because now you know what to expect.
Get a piece of paper N Draw a smiley face on it Then look aT it... I know it sounds stupid but it will work
