What do you think of guyliner?

Hi, this is mostly for the girls but guys can comment too. I am a guy who has recently got into wearing eyeliner and Im just wondering what you guys think about it. I have got a lot of good feedback from people so far.

Im not really emo but at the same time it sort of suits me and my style.

 

yeah i'm not into emo, but it is definelty flattering on some guys..i would be open to it..i mean it just defines the eye, like on a girl....go for it..

I don't think I fit into any of those little sub-cultures, goth-emo-punk, etc., at alllll...

However, a guy in eyeliner... fox.

I'm incredibly attracted to men in makeup. I encourage it. :biggrin:

 

Tons of guys I know wear eyeliner. DO IT! Reject the norm!

lol yeah not so much in Tennessee, but where I'm from (Illinois) people are much more open-minded about stuff like that

Most guys that do it look pretty damn good without it too. But it sure as hell looks freaking hot on some.

 

i'm going to have to disagree here. I think it looks to feminine. Some guys look okay with it. But the only guys i've ever known to pull it off were flamboyantly homosexual.

 

Unfortunately, I'm very attracted to girly men... And usually they're all very, very gay....

...I find gay men incredibly sexy.

Therefore, I will never win.

 

i never wear makeup but i gotta say, some dramatic eyeliner on a guy can be way sexy. depends on the guy and his style, but ive seen it look mega hot.

You know I try to be open minded... but not on this issue. But go you if its your thing.

 

I think the whole "emo" look is just ridiculous. It's just stupid how people will joke around saying they're depressed and want to cut themselfes when there are actualy people out there where the only place they have left to go is death. The only place left they can see is the underworld and they actually succeed most of the time.
Suicide is the #1 leading cause of death throughout the entire world.
That's NOT something to be taken lightly.

I don't know what makes it okay for the lead singer of Green Day to do it (maybe it's the attitude), but on those skinny, sappy kids? Not a fan.

 

idk, ive only seen one guy wearing it and it was mediocre.... just dont go over board

 

I would say no..
I mean, I don't even wear make-up myself. Why would I enjoy my man wearing make-up?

 

i think it depends, but for the most part i really like eyeliner on guys.
but not too much obviously, then you'll start looking like a wanna-be cross dresser.
and that's not such a great thing. haha.
