i was almost finished with a VERY long post about making cannabis tinctures in the medicinal forum.

can i just vent? i fucking HATE laptop keyboards!

i always accidentally brush the "mous" pad in the middle while i'm typing, and the cursor moves around or something.

well i was about to use the backspace key and accidentally got the pointer out of the text field and...well....when i hit "backspace" it sent me back a page. when i went back forward, it was all gone. refreshing didnt help at all, though it has in the past.

god fucking damnit. i was typing that thing up for a good 30 minutes.

i'm not going to bother redoing it.

I do that all the time. pisses me right off.

 

What browser do you use? Becuase when I use Firefox and that happens, sometimes when I press forward the text comes back.

i used to use both IE and firefox, and i remember retrieving text with a least one, but i thought both.

i did recently reformat my computer....

oh well. i'll get a new regular keyboard soon enough since i have 3 missing keys anyhow

 

I down graded back to (2. what ever). The new one is too bulky and slow.

 

I hate that. That's happened sometimes to me too, yet it only happens when I'm making really long posts like you. And ya, the MF Doom avatar is pretty awesome.

fuck bourbon....i take that back. i like it, but nowhere near a favorite...

some scotch is mighty fine though. or even irish whiskey. or brandy. or gin. or tequila....

but closest to my heart is that sweet sweet spirit called rum!



i'd stab somebody, in front of their own mother, for a bottle of one of these right now...or some other booze...

not really. but i want to drink but shouldnt tonight. we'll see what happens...i might slip off to the bar for some well drinks or something tonight

but when looking to simply get smashed, nothing beats everclear for mixed drinks...or slightly diluted for shots (essentially becomes vodka)...i have managed to take shots of it at around 70%ABV, but theres no way i could drink the everclear straight....


but for making a cannabis tincture, nothing beats it.

 

i also enjoy goslings black seal rum...


but until very recently, i had NO idea they had a goslings black seal 151 rum!
i'd only had the 80 proof.

now i fucking despise bacardi 151, but then theres virtually nothing good about bacardi anyhow, so it stands to reason. but goslings makes a quality rum, and the 151 is unfortunately expensive (around 25 bucks a bottle...i could get a decent enough single malt scotch for another 5)....but i'm very tempted to try it someday. if its really good, it may even be a better candidate for macerating herb than everclear or other 151 proof spirits...mix in a little allspice and coconut...sweeten before serving
