Why isn't Magic Johnson dead from Aids?

Didn’t this freak get AIDS from ass pumping Greg Louganis in
the 70s or 80s or some other time period that isn’t relevant to me? Why is he all over my TV and not dead? And why is he so fat? I thought HIV dudes are supposed to be skinny?

In A Nutshell, The Field Of Medicine Has Done Wonders As Far As The Treatment Of HIV/Aids, Coming Up With New And Better Treatments To Combat The Disease, The Best Being The Aids Cocktail; An Effective (Albeit Expensive) Mixture Of Drugs That Helps Keep Aids Patients Healthy For As Long As Possible.

Magic Johson, Being Well Off And Surely Having Access To Some Of The Best Doctors In The World Can Afford To Stay Healthy, And Instead Of Being A "...Fat...Freak Who Got Aids By Ass Pumping Greg Louganis In The 70's Or 80's" I Think He Is An Inspiration For Those Unfortunate Enough To Have Contracted The Disease; And Truly Heroic...He's Never Given Up And I Think That Is To Be Applauded.
