Come in little tin foil packages called tinnies. Tinnies are sold in tinnie houses which are indicated by sneakers on the power line in front of the house. Ring doorbell, put money in mail slot, weed comes out. It's pretty much like a vending machine society lol.

Although it's expensive, it's always good quality. New Zealand has the highest rate of cannabis consumption in the world and it's all grown indoors, and bad quality weed is very rarely seen.

In addition, it's probably the only drug that you can buy cheap enough, apart from shrooms which grow everywhere. Any chemically manufactured drug like acid or ecstasy has to imported from overseas and you'll probably expect to pay between $70-$100USD for a tab of X or a hit of acid. Would-be acid and x producers tend to concentrate on making meth, because there's a big market for it here.

If I ever go to New Zealand I'm taking extra shoes to put infront of wherever I'm staying so people will randomly put money in my mailbox.

 

they're not random houses, usually you have to text the people beforehand, but that's pretty much how it works. i mean like people who grow weed here are pretty afraid, so no one really has a dealer or anything like that, word just circulates around about a particular house that dispenses weed. then the cops find out eventually, arrest the occupants and people just move on to their next house

and you do realise that just because weed is legal in holland, it doesn't mean that all dutch people smoke it. coffee shops in amsterdam are probably most frequented by foreign tourists !

well maybe nz doesn't have the highest rate of consumption of weed, i'm just going by the statistics on this website http://www.nationmaster.com/graph/lif_can_use-lifestyle-cannabis-use and the fact that i don't really know anyone who doesn't smoke weed...

after joints of course, the most popular way of smoking weed is Hot kniving which is called spotting or doing spots here, i think maybe you use that term in america too? And if you have knives that are burnt and smell like weed, they're classed as cannabis paraphernalia lol

yeah you're right, there's no way to be sure. i'm guessing what i meant that we have a high rate of consumption, weed is deeply embedded in our culture down here by antarctica where there isn't really much to do but smoke weed lol

It has the highest arrest rate. Not sure if it is the highest for smoking but, it must be up there

 

The percentages on that website were based on the number of people who have smoked weed in their lifetimes.

I was referring to the fact that it has the worlds highest arrest rate. Which would mean that is is at the least very common in production and use. Although it could have allot to do with the police. Still, being unsure about real stats I will say I saw more and was offered more weed every week in New Zealand than in a year in Australia.

I wonder if this is the real reason for "Land of the long white cloud" (Maori joke)

 

Holland has a lower consumption rate than the us, by far.

The lenient cannabis policies there have effectively made smoking weed boring for a lot of people apparently.

My guess on the places with the highest consumption would be morocco, jamaica, maybe california, and a few other places I cant think of right now.

When it's the best price unfortunately some people have to pay it. That was the price I had to pay for a while.

 

True, and at least you can pretty much get it whenever you like. Around here, even with knowing three or four dealers, it sometimes takes a couple of days to get your hands on bud. The bud is good, however.
