i wanna smoke tonight however i have a court date comin' up this week...would they test me?

They won't...if your put on probation you will be tested eventually, but at court no.

I don't know if they will test you or not, but my guess is they wont, because "whats the point?" They cant bust you with anything if you come up positive.
