Im kind of let down that no one on the love and sex forum talks about tantra... Lots of younger folks on here that are confused and seemingly morbid about sexuality...especially the boys...I've been there ....the internet only encourages it. Consider the way you explore the insanity on the internet. That is only appetizing to your loins, and maybe your psyche....you come to this website because you know your spirit better than a lot of people and seek others with that spirit... endure my rambling; take what i have to say to heart and you will benefit you are a slave to no one, not your mate or yourself. the only sexual way to prove that freedom is through tantra...because there are so many forms of it people get lost within it...but i garantee if you're out there making love to someone on a regular basis, you're bound to stumble into a tantric experience 50% of it is your environment...my first time was a beautiful day on my favorite blanket in a harvested cornfield that stretched as far as the eye could see... It changed me forever and I didnt even have to read about tantra to discover it. Ask me questions if you want but i am by no means a master...Ive had few true experiences since then....just remember that sex can take you higher than just purging your instincts....and all that confusion and sadness surrounding your sex is the evil that tantra destroys
I have studied up on this tantra stuff, and even tried some of it. It seems at first it is a lot of work. My girl and i simply have no need for things like this because sex is so enjoyable already. How was sex before you tried tantra stuff?
I didnt try it, it just happens... sex is always good if you are in touch with yourself and give up on all the apprehension behind it we eat when we're hungry we drink if we're dry if the sky doesnt fall on us we'll live til we die
Tantra is complex, and even though I have been taught it, and practice it, I still can't explain it. Probably because you can do a smaller amount of Tantra to highlight and extend the pleasure of sex. Or you can do a lot of Tantra where it goes into spiritual sex. Either way, if you think normal sex is good, Tantric sex is very much better. It is about controlling your arousal, recirculating your sexual energy to master your arousal, extending the time you use to have sex and generally learn to master your body rather than have your body controlling you. And, it you do it well, you can have multiple orgasms if you are a man, and you can have whole-body orgasms. Even just a 'normal' orgasm isn't normal anymore; the pleasure waves exceed normal many times over. Tantra is worth learning, understanding and practicing. Because you have nothing to lose and a whole lot more to gain. After all, before anyone had sex, did you think it was going to be as good as it really was? Same with Tantric sex, until you do it you just don't know. Mark
Wow, this all sounds pretty good. It sounds like a form of meditation in a way. I know that my hubby and I have done this at times, although I didn't realize that what we were doing was perhaps like Tantra. I think I'll look more into this, it sounds pretty cool to me. Peace.
yea... im glad you mentioned it.. tantra is so intresting .. i did a few practices myself when i was younger... i found a book once of my grandads, tho it was mainly about its philosophy. i never really thought about it again until i then met a guy and we had a spiritual connection.. sometimes it just happened. its beautiful,,, and it makes sex much more meaningful. I think i'll have to buy a book or somethng cause id love to find out more..and i can only imagine if your practicing it all the time.... umm.. actually i once heard of som retreat typa courses that focused on like meditations and how to uncoil the 'kundeli' or soemthing (cant remember now) within yourself ..and move it upwards so that the sensations filled your whole body. Probably its a lil harder for a guy tho as they have to prevent the urge to ejaculate. How were u taught it cbrmale??
