If there is anyone on here who takes ativan (lorazepam) daily and is also prescribed and/or takes opiates at the same time..... let me know. i'm trying to figure something out.

I was taking hyrdocodone & muscle relaxers for 6 weeks, two different times this year (per the docs orders).
Pffftt don't post while you have down syndrome, you could end up having a seizure and hit your head on the keyboard and die! Benzo's and opiates have the potential to be a deadly mix, but taken in small doses, and if you are familiar and or have a tolerance to both of them, that highly reduces the chances of it being a safety issue.
hydro and muscle relaxers are a different story than hydro and benzo's. what relaxer were you taking? cyclobenzaprine, carisopradol?
I am perscribed to Soma, Oxycodone, Oxycontin, and Xanax. I have been on this regimen for over a year, and have never had any problems.

I've taken 2mg of Ativan + 30mg of Methadone (in detox) and it made both drugs a lot stronger than they felt seperately. Now I usually take 1-2mg with a few hydros or an oxy. It feels nice and is great to nod off with.
