Has anyone ever felt like they are being stuck by pins and needles when the cold hits them? Sharp needle like sensations only when I'm in the cold.

I take herbal supplements for circulation. I wonder if that is what is doing it?

    It hurts.

    This happen to anyone?

The inside of my left forearm has been tingly for month or so. It got worse at one point, going all the way from my hand to me neck, but it is now just a small patch.

I had an injury from falling on some stairs and I think I pinched a nerve or something.

Peanuts have you talked to your pharmacist about the herbals? You should make sure they are going to mix badly with anything else you take. They know their drugs better than the doctors do, since that is their job.

I will have to find out if what I take is having a reaction. I think I know which one might be making me feel this way when it's cold. I don't feel it now at all.

    Thank you for your suggestion.

Amino Acids like L-Tyrosine or DL Phenylalanine helps circulation.

I take them to help with depression and chronic pain.
