Well warmie, what would you vote? I think if I were to vote I'd vote Harper in. If only to see if what he was trying to tell me last time around wasn't true. I remember my conservative mp coming to my stoop trying to convince me that stephen harper didn't have a hidden agenda. I told him that I'd be frightened if he didn't. It seems to be the case that he'll do what he has to do to grab a majority and then show Canada what he is really about. Everything up until now tells me he's on track to do just that, by playing conservative in liberals clothing. He spends like Trudeau for fuck's sake. Is a majority far out of reach? Dion's a fucking wash. How he took Ignatieff I'll never know. And what the fuck is the green shift? Can anyone tell me? Talk about being a few years late.
probably ndp, maybe liberals depending on how stupid ndp make themselves look >.> not a fan of the conservatives
Very good chance I'll vote Conservatives. Can't stand Dion, and he would make a weak leader. I mean I'd like to understand the leader of our country! NDP will put this country so far into dept it's not funny (plus Layton would make an even poorer leader than Dion). And the NDP wants to cut corperate tax breaks, which will mean companies will move to other countries, who will give them tax breaks. In return more job loses for Canadians. Also I still associate NDP with unions and I despise unions. Thought seriously about the Green Party but can't see voting for a party that will raise the GST again. So by default I'll vote Conservatives. Which is who I voted for in the last Federal election.
Ditto. I'd never vote Liberal or NDP even if my life depended on it and as long as the Greens ride this man-made 'global warming' hysteria, I won't vote for them, either; so I'm stuck with the Tories, since the Libertarians don't have a hope in hell of even smelling Parliament Hill.
Ugh. I wish the Liberals had a better leader. This is gonna be another Conservative government so I feel it's a great time to vote NDP or Green. I don't look as Layton as a leader, I see him and the NDP as an opposition voice that is much needed. My vote will not be a statement of who I want to lead but who I want to fill up parliment to temper whatever party does get it. BTW I heart Elizibeth May. I was really impressed by that London by-election that she did pretty well in. I've caught her on the Agenda alot and she's always sounded very reasonable and I like her personality in general. I really hope she gets her riding this time around. ...and she's also the twin of my best friend. The canvassers during the by-election thought that someone was playing a joke on them when my friend answered her door and they did a triple take.
Really? As much as I hate the NDP (or NSP:blush5 I'd concede that Jack Layton is, by far, the best leader of the bunch.
This just in! Vote for Harper if you want a fake, filthy politician and liar running our economy by colaborating it with the EU: http://www.hipforums.com/newforums/showpost.php?p=4722812&postcount=1 Bye bye Canadian Economy. Hello EU control. Must be good to be a filthy politician.
I vote NDP because I'm not a fan of keeping the rich rich the working class poor and the poor poorer.
