I knew some hippie chicks when I lived in Jersey but I haven't seen any since I moved to South Carolina
hippiechicks are everywhere but theyre probly wanderin barefoot through the woods not hanging out in bars or clubs where oh wheres my sweet lil hippie chick? there is such a thing as being too much a hippoie chick thougfh.. ive been with hippie chicks that woke iup in the middler of the night and took off hitchhiking to biotabora to find mermaids because some1 told em mermnaifds were born there..or 1 who was a parole offivcer and went to work naked once cause she just never thought to bother getting dressed (which ewasnt a bad quality..except she was a parole officer for sex offenders) somre are just tooo hippified and prone to wandering off and never being seen again or ..going out to dinner in a crowded restseraunt being totaly oblivios toi the fact that theyre breast is completekly exposed and everuyone therres staring..lol in a way i totaly love that compkletely free from shame ot the influences of socirty but sometines it can be a lil too much but if the alternatives a stuck up repressed botring yup[py id take a hippie anyday
IMO... PROS: Generally not stuck up Generally have at least somewhat intelligent views on life and the world Usually put out CONS: Are more inclined to smell bad Bitch at me about my lifestyle (hypocrites much?)
nah they smell like pachoilu and natural punk chicks are more likeliy to stink.. and maybe your lifestyle sux? hippie xchicks are very tolerant unless your really a scumbag type thst needs tio chage theyre was=yts... not sayin ya are but hippiechicks dont complain if u live in a dumpster as lomg as yoiur not harming noone but if your a user or dcreep or go artoundfd hurtin ppl theyre not shy bout settin yws straight
I for one hate the term Hippie... it's passed around more then Paris Hilton. I don't call my self a hippie, but I use the term loosely sometimes in describing myself or someone else to someone who just wouldn't get it if I said a "heady chick or a head" I for one think you should be yourself. I don't claim to be anything other than that. I dress like a dude... sandals (never flip flops) tshirt and pants... or shorts.. short hair, clean shaved and clean... for me it's never been about a costume (sure it helps identify people.. like hey check that person out, they seem like my kind of person) for me its all a state of mind... I dont need someone to say man that dude looks like he is down, I just know.. and if someone gets to know me.. then they know too.
^ except when u have to bail them out of bad situations for running nude one the beach with pot on them or at the time smoking it Ahh fun time trying to explain to the cops that she was an escaped mental person to keep her from jail LOL good times good times
Well, the pot smoking isn't a problem here happily . Bailing them out for running nude probably neither. Not that there wouldn't be some kind of fine, but that's not my problem in a case like that huh
It goes both ways...it would be nice to find a guy who is above a lot of the normal male bullshit. Whether he dresses like a hippie or not is irrelevant, but an accepting guy with hippie beliefs would be wonderful. Most guys I know are way too uptight, cynical, and negative. One actually told me that the world would one day crush my spirit. And while I would love to meet a nice guy who also smokes pot, they need to be chill when they AREN'T high too. I've met too many who are the coolest people when you smoke with them, but when they're dry for a few days they turn into assholes.
The definition hippie chick is quite useless really. Of course I would appreciate some of the hippie stereotypes that would be present in a 'hippie chick' I guess, but that she has those says nothing about her personality at all. Carefree and above the normal female bullshit already says lots more in my opinion.
I like what you say.... kinda the same view I posted a page ago. I've never tried to fit in and I never will (most people that are considered different are conforming to a stereotype or a group of individuals be it having the same make up and Hot Topic pants or the same patchy cords and dreads) To quote Ringo Starr in the movie Yellow Submarine "It's all in the mind" I'm considered square I wear short hair, jeans or shorts Birks or Chacos and a tshirt, I've been shunned by all groups at one time or another (oh but to see them come running when they realize I got the best smoke) Best advice I have for people is love one another for their spirit and wisdom and warmth and not for what they look like, dress like or act like amongst a croud.
To me, having a good attitude, accepting beliefs, and an easy-going personality is very attractive...no matter what the person looks like on the outside.
We're here. Sitting at home, in the library, at school, at work...pretty much NOT out in bars and such. I hate bars.
