Tonight was a horrible night the cops came to this park me and like 10 other kids were at, and busted 2 kids for blazing and having a bubbler. One of the cops(a short little douchebag with spiked hair) thought that this kid looked sketchy, or "fucked up", so he searched him. He found a bunch of bunk acid. Needless to say he got really pissed off, and arrested him. So thats 3 people arrested. But, if the cops lab test it and it comes back negative for lsd, could he still get in any trouble for it?
Nope. In fact I've heard of people getting out of minor marijuana charges by demanding a lab test to make sure there's THC in and the court just drops it because it doesn't want to pay the money.
if they are charging him with intent to sell, he's probably fucked. representing something as an illegal drug is just as bad in the eyes of the law. and WORSE in the eyes of psychonauts.
noooo this kid is far from sheisty. he bought a bunch of acid the night before, and was planning on dropping/selling today. But, we all found out it was fake and he just had it in his wallet still
he found out that day it was fake, and just kept it in his wallet. i try not to hang around kids who rob people, or sell fake shit. ive been robbed a couple times so i know how bad it can be
I am going to say no. No charges will be filed, if they've already been filed, they'll be dropped. That's my guess, given the circumstances. I do know someone who went to jail for selling bunk acid to a cop. But that's a different situation.
how did the cop know it was acid, did he say it was? otherwise I don't see how they can say it was acid so long as you deny it is, and the lab tests show it is not, they have nothing on you, it's not ilegal to have blotter paper after all
when the kid said that it was just paper the cop got really offended and started to bitch at him saying he was insulting his inteligence. so, they think its acid. and actually the cop said he thought it was lsd, acid, or pcp. what a dumbass
actually when they ask where the kid got the fake acid from, you would have to say either that you intended on buying and taking a bunch of acid, or that you intended on selling to someone acid this might get you in shit depending on where you are
