haha dude, slap him across the face next time he says nething to u haha but honestly if it doesnt say anything in the handbook about having long hair, or anything about makeing the school look bad then u can do it. i love guys with long hair, if my guy had to cut his hair i think i would cry haha. just dont listen to them or change schools cuz the one ur at is fucking redunkulous and you should be able to be urself ad have freedom to do so. if there are a bunch of guys with long hair you all should protest by saying no, not giving in, excepting the consequesnces if u do say no, and try to bring it up to the board or somethin try to prove ur "head shitfaced master" guy that the dress code says nothing about hair length. haha good luck on that or say its ur religion haha

ask him exactly what hair length jesus had, as depicted in almost every image i've seen.

jesus has long hair at shoulder length. now he may argue that jesus was the son of god ( i'm agnostic) and that you are not. but you can argue that all good christians emulate jesus. he might punish you by somehow forcing you to pray/ study but you can argue that christianity should not be made to be a punishment for emulating jesus this was something the romans used to do!

my friend used to go to a catholic school, adn they had to be well groomed, and the guys couldnt have their hair covering their ears... so they HAD to have short hair no long hair haha

my school is the same, telling people to cut their hair, shave their beards.. are they going to tell me to shave my legs? no piercings, no coloured hair.. etc

Yeh my school has pretty strict uniform rules, its not a private school or anything though. But girls can't wear pants or anything, and we have to have skirts/dresses at a certain length, but we all have them shorter anyway. With piercings they can be very strict, they don't like them at all, jewellery they take off you, nail polish they make you go to the office and get removed (same with too much makeup) but I've managed to get away with everything I've done so far.

With hair a few people I know that have dyed their hair have had to dye it back to the original colour, if it was too noticeable, and guys who have gotten dreads have had to shave their head. A friend of mine got dreadlocks, but she didn't have to shave her head, obviously they didn't make her because she's a girl. But I found that pretty sexist.

But I've never heard of people having to cut their hair coz its too long, that's bull. My dad was telling me it was like that at his school. There's lots of guys with long hair at my school it's very nice hahah

I'm a guy and when I went to a school like that, I did the same thing and I got to keep my long hair -- then a few other guys did the same thing.
