not quite. I was looking at it a few months ago. It is based on an image of humans as selfish, suspicious, and isolated beings who constantly monitor and strategize against each other. It is a mathematical way of looking at human interactions because you can assume that they'll always choose the thing that most benefits themselves.

I'm not all that knowledgeable, but found it an interesting way to view human interactions. Basically saying that there is no "good" or "bad" people, just winners and losers.

well that's an overly simplified way of describing how i've always assumed people think and work.

we're all a bunch of epicureans, whether we're successful at it or not...

I deal with bad people and I mean BAD people all the time. I usually will go out to the jail and meet with them in order to find the person that is really there hidden beneath the bad.

its really hard to write a romero motion, or mitigation motion, on someone when all you see are the bad things they have done. It is so much easier when you actually see that there is a person behind the badness and that they really are not so bad at all.

Out of all of our clients in the last two years, there has only been two that I felt were really bad and I actually felt nervous being around them.

yeah, but you also have to admit... the worst sociopaths are also the best at lying and getting undeserved pity... it's essentially their career and dealing with well meaning folks like yourself is just part of the job for them...

I realize that and thats how I think the two guys who creeped me out were. Most of them are not that bad. I love the ones who sit and lie like my boss and I are stupid. They say "oh, I am not a gang banger" most of the time my boss falls for that. I never do, I have read way to many gang books to notice their tats and the meanings of them.

One of the guys that gave me the creeps had beat his common law wife so bad that her eyeball was literally hanging out of her skull, you could not even tell where her face was. The other guy had been aquitted of murdering and raping this lady. He was the creepiest one. Tried to be oh so charming but the look in his eyes was a dead give a way that he had a black heart.
