I'm trying to eat healthier and lose weight. I have a hard time sticking to things, and I have very sore knees, back and neck. I do believe I have arthritis in those places.
There aren't many foods I like to eat, and I still live at home so I can't really say I don't want the food my parent's are going to make for supper.

So is there any ideas for ways to work out that wouldn't cause so much stress on my back and knees, or foods and recipes that are healthy but aren't weird with a million different things?

Sometimes the simplest recipes are the healthiest...
For example, just grilled chicken with some black pepper and lemon is one of my favorite things to eat. The foods with a million different things are often the ones you want to stay away from haha

And have you tried swimming as a form of exercise? Its much easier and lower-impact on the body than most other forms of cardio.
