How should I dispose of my pieces?

Long story short, something happened last night, and I've decided to give up smoking.

I have a few bowls and a little 6 inch bong (which is broken). I'll try to sell the bowls to friends, but if I can't, how should I go about disposing of them? Is it a bad idea to leave them in the trash for Elmo the garbage man to take away...?

It actually had to do with alcohol rather than weed. I was dropping my drunk friend off at a party, literally a block away, with his backpack full of booze in my backseat. As soon as we pull in the driveway, a cop pulls in behind us. He was really cool though, and just made my friend pour out the alcohol (which is unheard of around here). I see it as a sign for me to stop screwing around and taking chances. I mean, I could have been in very, very deep shit, but I'm not. I just want to clean up my act and focus on my job, school, etc.

Lol if you knew your rights, the cop probably wouldn't have found the alcohol in the first place.

 

Don't give me that, man, I do know my rights to an extent. The cop immediately knew my friend was drunk. When he asks to see the backpack in my backseat, I'm not going to tell him no. That certainly would have made matters much worse.

Anyway, I would give them to my friends with the stipulation that they have to smoke you out a couple times if you really need it.

In reality, though, I doubt you'll quit for good. I support your decision, but I doubt it'll be a permanent thing. I would just pack them away, get my life in order, and start enjoying in moderation.

I'd just give em to friends. But you know your not quiting forever, so why not just put all of it in a shoe box, wrap it with some tape and ceram wrap then just bury it somewhere.

 

Send them to me. Im serious, ill pay postage and packaging, PM me about it.

And ya, I really doubt you're gone for good. I came back after 10-months of being sober (aside from meditation). My advice - get some sort of weatherproof storage...whether it's a little metal lock box from the hardware store or just 20 ziploc bags all inside eachother, and put you're stuff in there. Put it in the woods or somewhere where you'll remember and be able to find again and just come back to it when it's time.

 

Look man, I thought about quitting a few times because of close calls. I'll never do it though. Just be more careful. Don't do anything with people who you know will get you caught and try to find safe havens to do your illegalities. It helps to find a friend whose parents are never home or don't care about stuff like that. I Have a friend like that and I almost always smoke at his house. Even when he was out of town with his family, we went over to his house and smoked in his backyard. He told us he wanted us to.
