Does anyone else here boycott nestle???? My friends and I have been doing it since last year and its worked out not too bad....bit hard with the all the breaky cereals tho!! lol. I think its great that fair trade chocolate has been becoming increasingly popular....more and more people are joining the fight!! yas!! I was boycotting them during the Ethiopian lawsuit thing, but then I realized that I never really bought any of their products, anyway, so I just carried on as usual. I do boycott McDonald's, but I don't really eat fast food, so it's kind of the same deal. I participate in the boycott China thing as much as I can, but am only a real Nazi about it during Christmas, as well as with Wally World.
Kit-Kat was the toughest for me... well the reason we are boycotting nestle really is that my friends and I simply dont agree with the way the workers are treated. They do so much hard labour just so that we can get chocolate and they get payed almost nothing!!!! besides that, nestle have made a number of serious malpractices such as what they called ' milk nurses ' where the sales reps dressed as nurses . The baby formula that nestle produce for young babies not being breast fed has also turned out to be artificial, which is just so wrong man! This includes trying to encourage women off breast feeding, in favour of this artificial crap!! There is also the Etheopia having to pay $1 million dollars to nestle episode too, which really annoyed me! Nestle basically care more abt making a profit than the health and safety of their workers and the consumers buying the products - more so than any other company. They have actually broken the marketing code that was introduced too. peace and love xxxxxxxxx

I boycott Nestle, they caused Ethiopians to starve faster. Mc Donald's, Burger King, anything genetically altered and some local corps. are also on my boycott list.
Don't get me wrong, because I agree with your nestle boycott, and I myself boycotted coca cola for a while, and still do except I buy Dasani water in school...but if this is the reason you are boycotting nestle...because of the unfair labor and unfair workers rights...than you should be boycotting basically every single major US corporation out there....
