    Does anybody get these?

A hypnopompic hallucination is when you first wake up. You'll see shapes and images from your dream and you'll be fully awake but you're still dreaming. I never have nightmares but when I wake up and see an image it usually resembles a demon or spiders. It feels evil and I'll stare at it, watching it move. Sometimes I see it on the wall and other times it's moving above me. My body feels paralyzed and I'm unable to move. I can speak and I'll usually say "what the fuck is that?" out loud. I only see these images when I'm alone. Not when I'm sleeping next to someone. When I first wake up I think it's real and it usually has a cloudy appearance, being black and white. I never see color and it doesn't make a sound. I never remember dreams of demons or spiders but that's what I see when I wake up. My eyes will be completely open and I can make sense of everything around me. Sometimes it will take form of a human and I'll see an entire body walking around the room but it'll have a demonic, evil face. Almost like the devil is in the room with me. This hallucination will only last for about thirty seconds until my eyes function correctly. It's like when you first wake up and your vision is blurry for thirty seconds but I'll see images. The images are very detailed and startling. I've looked into hypnopompic hallucinations and read stories about people with the same issue. Everyone always describes it as the same. Nobody ever sees anything pleasant. People who get these will only see scary, unattractive figures. I never hear about people seeing their dream car or a hot naked man/woman. Although if I saw a hot man or woman (I'm bisexual) I would probably try and grab a hold of him/her and get pissed when I realize it's a figment of my imagination. When I see something evil in my room I think how glad I am for it to not be real. But does anybody else ever get this? I've heard it's a common thing but people I know don't ever get these hallucinations.

This happens to me whenever I take melatonin and drink something with caffeine. Its really like one of the worst things. The last time it happened to me, I woke up and I saw the girl from the ring slowly rising out of the floor. Its happened so many times I knew not too freak out and I just closed my eyes. It turns out it was just my chair. But yea youre right, it never is something pleasant.
