I'm really shocked with the crap that has migrated its way from obscurity into the genre of classic rock. I'm listing to Virgin Radio's Classic Rock streaming station and there are quite a few songs that have been played over the last hour that really should have been left in the "dont play until hell freezes over" drawer of the cabinet. What happened to the good old days when Lepplin, The Stones, The Who, the Doors...etc were the main staples of classic rock. Duran Duran really should stay in the "crappy 80's music" drawer and come out only on special occasions... Can I get some support here?
but like they use all the good songs on car commercials and then well ya get tierd of listing to the songs after ya hear em over and over and over...it sucks
I'm saying when you let cyndi laupper and styx onto the classic rock station...apparently you're running out of material. If I wanted to listen to crappy 80's music, i'm sure I could find a streaming station that was 24/7 oingo boingo / men @ work...
how many times can a one hit wonder be kept alive... seriously... anything mentioning a vegemite sandwich in the lryics is just flat WRONG!!!
oh I dunno... the video clip is pretty funny. Just try and see the funny side of the 80's.... otherwise yes... it DOES kill you.
I had a traumatic experiance involving my parents which I, at the advise of my therapist, have suppressed deep within my conciousness and along with it... all of the 80's.
Okay...they're playing Alanis Moressette on the classic rock station... Time to find a different streaming broadcast...
Hey Mike, I don't think you are listening to the radio, all the music you keep bringing up is the CD's you keep in your van. I think you stole that Styx one from justin though.
Tyler...you can only listen to so much regge before it begins adversley affecting the synapses in your brain...
