If you are on the pill what do you use when you have sex? Pill only? Pull out and pill? Condoms and pill? or Spermicide and pill?

Neem is the greatest contraceptive the Earth has ever known.
It's a tree. I eat it and am infertile, but can still cum.

Pill only. I don't get why you should add something to it. I mean if you're in a trusting monogamous relationship and neither party has any diseases then why add a condom? If pills are taken the way they should be taken they're nearly 100% effective. The whole idea of pills is not having to use condoms (provided neither of you is a cheater) or pull out.

Most people don't follow the instructions of proper usage. They take them at random times, miss pills, etc. I'm in health care industry and you wouldn't believe how many 20-somethings come up and ask if it's okay for the guy to finish inside while on the pill. I mean, if they don't know THAT then hoping they follow instructions is just stupid. It seems women know there's a pill to prevent you from pregnancy and you have to take it every day. And that's all they bother to find out. With this attitude it's no wonder that many women get pregnant while on it, it's just due to their own ignorance. If ALL the instructions are really followed then the pill is at least and over 99.8% effective.

i used to use cndoms then i finally got birth control. i think i did it once with a condom while being on birth control, but now i just take the pill every morning i wake up and get to have unprotected sex with my best friend. plus i hate the after taste of a condom or even having that latexy rubber thing inside me. plus condoms are more expensive than the pill

What he means Tiff is that it comes out of American taxpayers wallets.

HOWEVER, I think thats great it's a program that stops more low income families that can't afford to have children stay without child.

None of the above. I think birth control is unhealthy for females.

Me and my gf us natural birth control method:

    http://ladycomp-babycomp.com

It's a sophisticated computer system that tracks body temperature to calculate when women ovulate.

It's 99.3% effective, so it's just as good as most birth control pills, but without the side effects.

The only thing is that there is about 1 week out of the month (during ovulation) that one needs to use contraceptives like a condom. Usually during her ovulation cycle we just do anal, BUT you have to be careful when pulling out if you cum in the ass, don't want a splash contraception.

We have been using natural methods for 4 years, no pregnancies.

I agree, a wise investment. I think it includes condoms as well.

But one other thing to think about besides the pregnancy issue is STDs, which is why you may still want to use a condom.

Depends on your circumstances... If you're in a monogamus relationship, it's likely not necessary. If you have multiple partners, it's a wise choice. :hat:
