I found peace!

I've been in a really bad mood all day. It has been raining and I've been stuck inside. All of a sudden I got this urge to go play in the rain. It was awesome! The wet ground felt so good on my feet as I danced around my backyard. I was soaking wet, but so happy. Everything was so beautiful! The trees blowing in the wind, the raindrops falling, baby grasshoppers were jumping everywhere. My neighbors saw me and think I'm crazy, but I feel so peaceful, so content. I love everything right now and I haven't even smoked anything today. I stayed out there till it got dark and watched the sunset. What a great thing!

 

That's what it's all about isn't it... taking time to appreciate the things we take for granted, and to look at things in a different way. I'm so glad you had such a lovely time.

Dancing and playing in the rain have to be two of my favorite things to do.. Always puts me in an excellent mood too. I wish it was raining right now.. I might go outside for a walk later anyway. I haven't left my house all day, or for the portion of the day of which I have been awake.

But anyway, good for you! Rain is awesome.

 

That's wonderful you had a good time, I'm glad. I adore rain dances, they're... magical. Definitely helps to put things into perspective.

Just because there are violent people who want to kill me (and you) doesn't mean that I can't find the beauty in a flower, a drop of rain, or a sunset. There is nothing wrong with being happy. What do you want me to do, join the army and kill these "Islamofascists" you speak of myself. In a perfect world there would be peace for all people, but we don't live in a perfect world. There will always be someone violent, stopping the progression of peace. There isn't anything to do but make the best of life. If I died today I would be content with the life that I've held. You seem like a very bitter person and that is sad. Maybe if you went and played in the rain you'd lighten up a little. Life shouldn't be taken so seriously. Peace.

I had a day like that too, morningglory! I love just spinning around and around in the rain barefoot.

 

Rain is cleansing.. when you wash your self in the rain.. your washing all the pent up feelings out.. cleansing your body mind and spirit.. that why you felt so good afterwards..the next time you feel the urge to wash in the rain.. rub your self down with salt first.. you'll be amazed at how clear everything is after that..and how absolutly rejuvenated you will feel..
