What would a perfect day be for you?

So what would just be a perfect day for you?
For you-Not everyone else-YOU!

 

A day like this one. In Australia it's spring. Quite warm outside and there's not a cloud in the sky. Unfortunately I have to do some work (it's midday Monday) but at least I work for myself so I can take it easy if I want.

I know people are going to think I'm really weird but on days like this I feel like getting out my copy of Helter Skelter (one of my favourite books) and reading it for the umpteenth time. The reason for that is that the book begins on a hot summer's day so it puts me in the perfect setting.

 

I just had a great weekend. I spent the night at my friends house, and we got ninja swords and cheap sunglasses. Then on saturday I did nothing, walked around and fell asleep on my coutch and had an awsome dream. Then on sunday I speant 5 hours at my youth group doing fun stuff.

 

A perfect day is one fulfilled.

Sometime in winter when it is chilly enough to wear a sweater (not very often in Florida, but I love cold weather). I would love to take a hike in the woods. Later go to the beach and watch the sunset with my friends. Build a fire and play guitar under the stars. Go to sleep with the sounds of the ocean. I did that for my last birthday (but it was REALLY hot outside) and I can't think of a day more perfect.

I had an incredible day last friday (two days and a week ago). I ended up going back to school because I forgot a book, and when I was leaving, I saw my neighbor and another friend, and they both hopped in my car. Even though I'm not legally allowed to drive other people, we decided to go on an adventure. We went to our old middle school and visited our teachers, we drove downtown, to the little pond they have by the library, walked under a bridge, drove all over... then I took my neighbor home, but the other guy and I decided to keep adventuring. We went past a garage sale that was just ending, and got a whole bunch of cool free stuff, we went to almost every park in town and walked through them, we went to the new sword store down town. We left a note on some person's door telling them that two aimless passers-by appreciated their tree (it was a very cool tree). Eventually we ended up getting the most amazing pizza I've ever had and bringing it over to another friend's house, who we felt needed pizza (though we did spill ranch all over his staircase). He wasn't home right then, but we talked to his mom a little while, and eventually he and the guy he was with came back, and were all happy and surprised to see us. It was great. I can't even describe it, but it was the most wonderful day ever. It's all about the spontaneous out of nowhere events, when you have some special connection with a friend and everything flows together.

 

I was just thinking earlier of my most perfect day.....which I had for about one week last year, but have not had one since.
It begins with an open schedule, no work....nothing. Sleep untill I wake up whenever that is, go out on the porch of a beautiful vacation home located in the smokey mountains where it is quiet and secluded. Sit on the porch swing in my cozy pajamas and light a fat bowl. Put on the white album.......light some nag champa, and just......chill. Eat some cheesecake, then *repeat*.

 

Sitting here stoned in my room all day. And then going out and buying a shitload of munchies. And doing nothing all day.

 

My perfect day would be a day where i wake up warm and refreshed, it would be warm, like 76 F. in the morning me and my loved one (no one at the time) would walk to the park and find a nice warm spot under a tree and lay down a blanket and just lay under the tree and smoke a few bowls of the good old mary jane, just really enjoying nature enjoying the last bit of it we have. in the afternoon we would go back to the house and hook up with some more people and go to a diffrent park and maby a low shroom dose dose would really set the mood; its not that im a complete drug adict i just feel great on drugs so i would like to include them in my perfect day. there we would drink juce and just hang out and talk and eat food and other assoted human activaties. thats all i can think of right now, but just a great care free day with guitars, and talking and openness.

 

my perfect day is having fun with my bf michael all day;proper fun if you know what i mean ;-)

 

I'm not sure if i could describe it

 

th eperfect day for me would be........................ back home in wisconsin the leaves are falling of the trees the sun is out but its cold enough to wear a coat and my fiance and i spend that day with my two nephews and younger sister raking up leaves making big leaf piles and jumping in them and finding new interestingways to jump in the piles. at lunch we have hot chocolate andafter eating we go to a park and play some more. and when the sun starts to go down we head home and watch monster inc, and eat popcorn and drink hot applcider. When the movies all over with i put read them all a bedtime story and watch them fall asleep. when i know their asleep i would go back downstairs a curl up next to my fiance in front of a fire and watch a movie with him and fall asleep. that would be the perfect day.

 

ehm.. prerfect day.. that's easy

if I could sleep till 10am, than I'd go to Prague, where I would be with my two very good friends from my new high school, we'd have really fun (I believe we would, cause we have fun every moment, when we talk to each other ) ehm.. we could spend whole day by walking i Prague and talkin' and laughing (that's nothing unusuall, it will come...)

and in the evening, I would go at the solo concert of Mr. Keith Richards.. after the concert, I'd meet him and he'd invite me on a dinner.. that's all!

My perfect day... hold on let me think some. Well, I'd wake up, have no school or homework to bother myself with. I think I'd like it to rain all day. Spend the morning getting some poetry written, then spend the afternoon back and forth between two of my favorite places - my roof (in the lovely rain) and my bathtub. I'd like to be by myself until the evening. Then, I'd love it if my best friend and I went out for dinner. A BIG dinner seeing as I haven't eaten yet.

And we'll need to find a guy, one with a car, because we are both not old enough to drive. He could take us out to these wonderfill little shops downtown, (Ooo I get to see the guy at the music store). We'd go dancing through the park, and I could just have fun with my best friend and this stranger for the rest of the night. Then, as dawn breaks... ROAD TRIP!

Hee hee, well, I attempted it, this is how the story turned out. I think it'd be a good, maybe close to perfect day.

 

I'd wake up somewhat early (but naturally, no alarm). I'd lie around and daydream for a few hours in the morning, have a croussant and chocolate milk (my new favorite breakfast). Then I'd go out with either my mom or my friend Julia. We'd go out to lunch or dinner somewhere, have a long, indepth conversation, then go for a long drive somewhere and listen to good music the whole way...

 

It's early fall and the trees are just beginning to turn deep shades of red and orange. There's a soft breeze gently rustling the trees, a few leaves are flying on the current. I'm slowly walking in the woods hand in hand with by boy, Matt, and the leaves on the ground make a satisfying crinkle as we walk. The sun is setting and the sky is turning bright shades of pink and red. We walk and walk as far as we can go, watching the day gradually turn into night.

 

my perfect day. would be to kill all my evils, but have the light. and dark matter together. to be fully aware. peaceful. solitary. out in a beautiful wilderness. with some gear. exploring. then coming onto a badass concert in the middle of nowhere. then chilling with pals. they're my family. then falling in a pool. and then it turning all these crazy colors. and. just going far out like that...that'd be a great day.
