So I've learned through personal experience (really) and reading and cross referencing that Aries and Cancer are horrible signs for each other in a romantic partnership. However, what if the two people's charts look like this: Him: Sun: Cancer Asc: Cancer Moon: Scorpio Merc: Gemini Venus: Gemini Mars: Pisces Her: Sun: Aries Asc: Libra Moon:Cancer Merc: Taurus Venus: Aries Mars: Gemini The moons line up perfectly, and the Venus isn't too bad either, but the mars and sun aren't exactly perfect. The mutual aspects are 13 good 2 bad on cafeastrology. What do you guys think, could it work?
i don't know. i would say these people would have to tread rather lightly, as cancer tends to be very homebody and all about traditional family values, whereas aries tends to blast away from that traditional life. but i may be biased, as an aries woman who detests being "trapped" by traditionality, and i just DON"T get along with cancers.
Eh, to be honest the more I look into it the more I can see how it's applicable. Most people have a dismissing appraoch to astrology because they read a paragraph online about their sun sign, and since most of that could apply to anyone, they think it's junk science. Astrology goes way back though, it's about how the magnetism of huge bodies of mass in our solar system affect consciousness on Earth, the way the moon affects tides. I'm definitely giving astrology a chance at this point, but to get into it, you have to see that it operates on a level more subtle than matter. The "Virgoness" about someone is intangible and unquantifiable. It's an energy and a vibe.
