Hippie Reunion? Did you live in the Haight?

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Did you live in the Haight in the 60's or 70's?

Are you interested in a reunion to see who is still alive and what we have done since then?

Will we meet again to talk about the far out times we had? Did you know or do you still know some of my friends from that time?

There was handsom Jake, Eddie Baker who got shot by the pigs for selling a little pot, Tuda (pronounced Two-Day), Loren McDowell who saved my life when I drowned in the South Fork of the Yuba river near Nevada City, California after an all day and all night acid trip, or Roy Dilley who tried to revive me, or Janis Joplin who I met in the doorway of a liquor store in Haight Ashbury, drinking a bottle of ripple hidden in a brown paper bag.

There was Kathy who changed her name to Judith Ann. There was Judy Hamud and Will and Laura Tarbox or Safara who had the children Sidhartha, Orpheus and Mariha (the wind). I didn't spell the right did I? Where is Sam Andrew who played guitar for Big Brother and gave me a ride one night when I was hitch hiking?

Did you know the black man named Mistery or any of us who went to Morningstar or Wheeler's ranch or North San Juan or North Columbia? Did you meet Sue the witch?
