Phish Is Back!!!

Yeah I mean if I had a license that would work but I can't even get my license until January basically. My parents aren't going to trust me 2 months after getting my license to drive from northern Illinois to Virginia. Too bad I don't live closer to KY or I would ride along with you bro

 

Yea, it was a year before I was allowed to undertake a big solo road trip. Shit, the first time I drove out of state was to bonnaroo; by myself. Two solo Roo's, one solo All Good, and countless trips to OH and TN for shows. VA shouldnt be a big deal. Good luck to everyone in their quest for tix!

Glad to hear this... the closest I ever got to seeing phish was seeing try and mike play with phil and friends... cant wait to see em, they will absolutely come to my area if they tour...

mabs...I put my name in the lotto at 830 this morning with money for all three nights and 2 tix a night so we'll see. Hotey's are all booked within a decent radius. getting a cab post show will be a bitch. Definitely hardest ticket to get in a long time. But i'd love to see some epic reunitedness.

I went to bed super early last night...i woke up tossing and turning at 1am MST....turns out that was right when the announcement was made...I felt a great awakening in the musical universe

 

aye, I did as well. Something told me to listen to phish this morn. And lo and behold i was perusing jambase right as the announcement went up. With the possibility of a dead tour and phish tour now immenent. We have the a great year of music headed towards us in 09

 

phh. They are just filling the void until cheese comes back.......hahaha yeah right.

OMFG I hope I can go! My Birthday is later that month and my mom said she'd help pay for some of my tickets and transporatation as my present ^_^!!

Well, kinda. I mean...does somebody who puts their request in a week after me have the same chance of getting tickets as I do?

Phish has set aside a limited number of tickets that will be distributed through the band's ticket Web site prior to the start of public sales. The site, which cuts off requests at noon on October 8, allows visitors to place requests for up to two tickets per show.
Requests processed for the tickets, priced at $49.50 with a $5.40 service fee, are "treated equally" regardless of the time the request was placed during the week. According to the posted directions, some requests may not be filled due to the limited supply, but individuals whose requests are honored will receive an e-mail notification, and the total amount due will be charged to the purchasing credit card."

 

They take requests from this morning until the 8th of October. Each request is labeled with a number. Beginning the 9th they will pull numbers and fill the order (assuming credit card is not declined). They will continue doing this until the lotto tickets are sold. They will then notify everyone of their status by the end of the day on October 17th because ticketmaster tickets go on sale the morning of the 18th. However your credit card may be chared begining the 9th if you are lucky enough to be pulled so watch it online to know right away. Good luck phans
