Best way to cut class

I go to a private catholic high school, which of course means that I have religion classes. I really don't like the one I'm in. It's not that I'm not Catholic or disagree with Catholic doctrine, it's that I've covered all of the material before in my 11 years of Catholic education and my teacher digresses all the time into playfully arguing with our class over an irrelevant issue (we almost always end up talking about abortion.)

The other problem is that all my friends are having lunch during the period and none of them have lunch with me in my lunch period (which is right after this class.)

So I'm wondering what's the best way to cut class without getting caught but still being counted present in attendance logs. I always ask to go to the 'bathroom', and I usually take an extra long time while doing so. But that still isn't the entire period; it's only a few minutes at a time. And it's also suspicious when I ask everyday and at the same time.

So tell me, what the best way to cut class?

Well I suppose what I'm asking is how to cut class AND still be counted present in attendance logs?

 

I always just snuck into the teachers gradebook and marked myself present.

 

I don't think that's possible. you can't have you cake and eat it too. if you cut you'll just have to man up and face the potential consequences.

 

Ooh, I came up with an idea. I can say that I'm helping my yearbook teacher with the yearbook. Perfect.
