My one friend told me that if you drink 2 gallons of water the day before the test, then a little less than a gallon and like 2 red bulls the day of you will 99.9 percent test OK for MJ. True or False? I believe it because red bull is 100% niacin, hence coloring your pee and flushing your system.
Flush your system all you want, you're fat cells will most likely still contain THC unless this is from very light smoking.
Which means you are hoping dilution is your best chance? The Niacin means very little. It can help daily smokers clean their systems out in a few weeks instead of at least a month but isn't going to do as much for someone smoking every now and then. Red Bull is crack in a can anyways (I drink it) and I would not recommend drinking that to get your daily supply of Niacin. You can buy Niacin at pharmacies and large grocery stores. DO NOT exceed the recommended dosage. Doing twice the recommended dosage does not equal half the time it takes to clean your body of THC. I have seen people turn all different shades of red, become very itchy and hot from taking too much Niacin. Dilution is a pretty crude method that only works on the CHEAPER home drug tests. Some do have a strip to test pH and temperature. Drinking a shitload of water means you will piss clear as day. Your creatine levels will be extremely low but you shouldn't have to worry about that. To add at least some yellow to their piss I have heard of people taking vitamin B12. Some people even claim to have dipped their cup in the toilet water and have passed. TNS takes the win with the most extreme way to pass a test. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS. Add a cap full of bleach to a gallon of water and precede to chug several hours before the test. The most "natural" way of getting clean is exercise. Burn fat cells, burn the THC stored in them. Most people advise to stop exercising a few days before the test so your body stops getting rid of burned fat cells full of THC.
^^^hahaha yeah dude. The bleach thing actually works, but I would only recommend it in desperate situations. If you put one capfull of bleach in a gallon of water and drink it, you will pass a piss test the very next day, if not the same day. Niacin(vitamin B3) raises your metabolism, so it can help you burn fat quicker; hence, helping to clean your system out faster. It would be better to just take a couple of niacin tablets every 6 hours or so and drink lots of water, as opposed to drinking a bunch of red bull. Red Bull is nasty anyway. If you're gonna drink energy drinks....drink Rockstar or Redline. Rockstar for the taste. Redline for the energy/fat-burning. Anything that burns fat will help you get clean quicker.
First of all I have to say that 2 gallons of water is way way way to much to drink in one day. It can make you sick and or kill you, depending on your size. Believe it or not drinking to much water can kill you. You should not drink more than lets say a gallon. The avererage person on an average day should have about 13 cups of water or some where around 3 1/4 quarts which does not even equal a gallon. So drinking about a gallon of water is fine. If you are really concerned about flushing out your system then yes Niacin Pills will help but I prefer a B Complex. It also contains some other good stuff like B12 for energy. I would also recomend doing about half water and half cranberry or grape juice. The antioxidents in the juice will also help to clear out your system. Don't do the bleach thing unless desperate.
It's diluted to a point that it's not causing any serious damage. Unless TNS left off the part of the story where his friend spent days in the hospital after passing his drug test.
hahaha Nah, nobody went to the hospital, and I know plenty of people who have passed piss tests using this method. My ex girlfriend put a capfull of bleach in 20oz of water and drank it to pass a piss test, which isn't very diluted at all, and it didn't hurt her. I took a sip of it, just to see how nasty is was, and it was horrible. I definitely wouldn't recommend that though. I wouldn't do it unless it was in a full gallon of water, because 20oz is just rediculous.
you should probably give an actual measurement for the bleach instead of saying a cap full seeing how theres many different sizes of caps
