Hi Sara I was thinking about going to Wright State Seems like there are some pretty kewl people there Still not sure my direction What do you do for fun?
well, i work at Kohl's in Beavercreek (i guess that's not very much fun but I do it a lot). I like to go to the movies, go horseback riding, work on cars with my boyfriend, play sports and pretty much just chill out when i'm not working or in school. what do you like to do?
Well, getting to know Xenia and fun things here has proved to be a task We have friends who are in a band and we follow them We like to go to the Springs, go hiking in Glenn Helen, walking, hang out with friends Hoping to start softball this summer Nothing too exciting because like I said, Xenia is pretty repressed! =>

Dayton here also. Usually get to Yellow Springs once a month for hiking in Clifton Gorge or Glenn Helen. Attended the Community Solutions Peak Oil conferences there too last year and the year before. I have been wanting to check out the drum circles in Yellow Springs. I love that town! Really upset to hear about Antioch College closing, even if it's only temporary. Good to see other like minded people on here. Too few of us out there. Rob
As long as I lived in Dayton, I never hit up one of those drum circles. I was just down in Yellow Springs a few weekends ago (now live in Akron) talking to that awesomely kooky owner of Garden of the Goddess who was on some track about how crazy the drum circles are with all those people on LSD. He cracks me up. I'd say check it out
Is that the guy who tries to sell you EVERYTHING?? He annoys me because Id rather just go in and look, not be harassed I guess I should ask, is that the shop on the corner across from the gas station next to Peaches?
yeah thats the one, that cook is a conspiracy theorist, he has SOME good points but he was ranting and raving to me the other day about how aspirtane(SP?) is going to be the end to mankind. lol .....who knows maybe he is right but the guy is a bit strange.
Yeah, I got slammed one day with why I should buy pure tobacco and not anything else.... How about NO tobacco? Oh well...
Aw, Yellow Springs! Remember the night the National Gauards moved into town. It use to be the Hyde Ashberry of Ohio. Do they still have co-ed restrooms in the high school. That freeked me out when I heard about that. I thought I was liberal back then, but man, that was too liberal for me. Back then, the drug store was THE DRUG STORE! We use to drive through campus and see those funny looking plants growing in the dorm windows. It also had a distinque aroma in the town. The park was filled with funny dressed people flowting around. Yellow Springs - too wild of a place for me.
