It's a pretty old neighborhood in SE Portland. It's very close to the Willamette river. Anyone live around here, or at least heard of it?

Many years ago Sellwood was an inexpensive place where a couple of hippies could rent nice old house cheap and still pay tuition. A few years ago my wife and I were looking for a new place to live. Sellwood is no longer cheap. We felt that you don't always get what you pay for there and ended up across the river. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice area for sure. Enjoy it!! And Sunshine who posted above is right: Beware of creeps.
