    damn, i used to love this movie. It used to be on Tv all the time. Anyone else remember it? i think it rocks!

    Great movie. Didn't Paul Rubens (Peewee Herman) do the voice of the ship?

    All I know is that only a few people my age at school even know what the movie is.

    I have loved this movie forever, and have been looking for it to come out of dvd. So when it did, I snatched it up. :)

    is that the movie with the kid on the spaceship? IO vaugely remember it..I think I liked it...

    yeah man, i watched that movie all the time man. im huge on sci fi on any spectrum so it rocked.

    Damn, i gotta get it on DVD. That is one of the movies that sums up my childhood. Labyrinth is another, but I got that on DVD already.

    lol, and flight of the navigator was my introduction to the beach boys.

    i remember that movie it was awesome! thanks man you just gave me another idea for my friends and i's oldschool movie night. so on the list is labyrinth, goonies, sandlot and i'll see if i can find this one i know they'll love it!

    I remember this film, I guess it was OK, not bad at all.. I think it was the first time travel film i ever saw, and remember not fully understanding it... But it's cool enough I guess..

    It was my best friends favorite movie when we were kids. She used to bring it over to watch sometimes. It's so wonderful! I have not seen it in like 7 years...

    Oh yeah this movie does kick ass. I think the last time I saw it was at least 8 years ago, maybe more. I wish I could find it.

    Aw man, I LOOOOVED that movie when I was a kid. That and Batteries Not Included stand out as my two favorite movies as a kid.

    I can't beleive all you other ppl saw this movie!!
    It always weirded me out as a kid.
    I should watch it now and see if it's still as nuts.
    I loved the little pet creature thing that dances on the ship when they play some Beach Boys

    I too loved this movie when I was younger. My mom used to hate it because I would watch it everyday. She still probably knows most of the lines. My favorite part is when that gooey creature eats the kids hat and then Max say "that could have been your head, David." I just love that line.
