My options are, 2c-E, 2c-C, 2c-I. PS and 2c-T-7 Can someone give me a brief description of the effects of each? And which would you recommend for a first time user? SWIM is a moderately experienced phsyconaut. SWIM also needs info on doses for each one. And how do you actually take it, I'm going to guess put it in a gel cap and swallow it? Besides snorting it is that the only method of ingestion. ___________ ps Would it be cool for SWIM to trip with two of his friends who havn't done anything but smoke weed before?
Id like to tackle this part of the question first. Research Chemicals are called research chemicals because not much research has been performed on them. There could be strange side effects, unknown drug/medication interactions, or permanent long term effects that we are not aware of yet. By taking these drugs, you are essentially being the guinea pig. When you include your friends into this, you are asking them to be guinea pigs as well. Make sure they understand everything there is to now about the chemicals you want them to take, that way, they are able to make their own informed decision on whether or not they should take them. Make sure they understand they are being the guinea pig as well. That said, a low dose of 2c-i, 2c-e or 2c-c would make a great introduction for anybody into the realm of psychedelics. I'm not going to vote for which psychedelic I think is best for you, because I don't know you. You didn't post the criteria on which we should use to make that determination. Check out the big and dandy thread at the top of the forum, read trip reports and look around through other threads here. We have lots of threads that compare and contrast the many different 2c-x's. In my opinion, you can't go wrong with any one of those. Edit: My quick summary 2c-i - Most Euphoric and stimulating. Least visual 2c-e - Must Introspective and Visual. Least euphoric 2c-c- Most gentle and least stimulating. Slightly relaxing euphoric.
Yea, basically vote for your favorite. Visuals are a plus . I know the RCs arn't very introspective so basically I'm getting into them for fun. I'll be sure to tell my friends what they're taking and all that shit, I know the power of information and I would be a hypocrite not to inform them about the substance they're taking.
My favorite would be 2c-e. So I'll vote for it. 2c-e can be VERY Introspective at the right dose I think you're in for a wonderful surprise.
Oh good because LSD is fuckin rare where I live . But when I have the thirst for introspect I dose about 1000 morning glory seeds. Pedal what can you tell me about 2c-T-7
the only one of those ive tried is 2c-i. but i am an avid researcher and i know that they are fairly similar. i think any of those would be a suitable first time psychadelic. ive also done acid and mushrooms alot and i have found that PEA's are more gentle on the mind
My vote also goes to 2C-E. Even though you are an experienced psychonaut, research chemicals are actually quite unlike any of the other, more renowned psychedelics. Sure, they act on the same part of the brain, but the subjective experience is completely different. As I'm sure you've heard many times, they should NOT be considered an "easy alternative" to LSD or shrooms or anything else. They are simply unique. Having said that, from the options listed, none of those are 'easier' than another one for a person who is trying one for the first time. One just has to dive right in and immerse themself in the trip completely. And for that reason, 2C-E is perfect; it has the right balance of everything. Oh and don't worry about visuals - you will have more visuals than you will know what to poke a stick at. As for the social thing, I would recommend trying it BEFORE you let anyone else share the experience with you. Because once you have dosed, there is no turning back. I speak from experience in this matter (sadly) as I was so keen on 2C-E that I gave it to a few close friends of mine and turned them off psychedelics for life. They both said they never want to experience anything like that ever again (but this waqs really my fault, we simply had too much. Again, due to lack of experience). That's my two cents anyway
Oh and don't bother with gel caps, this will cause the onset to take much longer. I'd recommend just mixing it into a cup of tea or juice or anything else that takes your fancy (not alcohol!) Also, if you decide to experiment with 2C-E, it is renowned for causing nausea. Make sure that everyone knows where the toilet is, or at least have a bucket handy. Sime people find that smoking weed will help the nausea, others prefer fresh ginger. Just find which method works for you.... 2C-T-7 is horrific by the way, it is so overly intense that it is difficult to manage for most people who don't have a major tolerance to psychedelics. It is like 2C-E's brutal big brother, with lots of negative body load. I would avoid this one personally, it's not worth it. 2C-T-7 has also caused death.
Oh, sorry Severly stoned, never saw that you asked me that question... lol. I totally agree with Toejam, that 2c-t-7 is like 2c-e's brutal big brother. It's a rough ride for me and the body load is rather bothersome. However, it is HIGHLY visual and can be incredibly euphoric, if you can get past all the negative side effects.... which is why I never recommend 2c-t-7 to a newbie. Of course, everyone's reaction is different. Some people I've talked to say they don't experience any negative body load from 2c-t-7, instead, they say it is an extremely euphoric, visual trip that they find to be extremely rewarding. I'm a bit jealous, lol, because it really is a rough ride for me, so much so, that I never trip on 2c-t-x's anymore. Everyone's different.
When I first started experimenting with 2c's, I would have agreed with you. However, if you open yourself up to the other 2c-x's, and treat them as you would treat any psychedelic (with proper planning, set & setting and respect) then you will see that they can be just as wonderful, but in different ways.
