Online Friends

    So who would you say are better, online friends or in the flesh day to day friends?

    I would have to say for me it is a toss between the two. I have some amazing online friends and it is easier to open up sometimes because you can be less inhibited but no one knows me like the friends that I have had in my daily life.

    So what about you?

    i have some really cool online friends that ive been friends with for a long time, even one that ive been friends with for 10 years and still have never met. ive also met some in person and theyre now really close friends of mine. theyre all good

    after tonight, i would definitely have to say some of my hip friends are much better than real ones, however, i do have some amazing RL friends, too, and i love them....

    I don't have any online friends, so my daily life friends win by a landslide. And they are amazing people, some of which I know all my life.

    I would have to say right now my online friends are far more tolerant, interesting and honest than my real life friends. Generally though, I am impacted infinitely more by the occasionally good real life relationships that I have.

    I have some great online friends..but, I also have quite a few great real life friends..both have their own place in this face paced, tech friendly world..you can have double or triple the friends you would of had in 1986..

    they both serve a purpose, but overall i'd probably be better off with neither.

    I only have a couple of "online friends" and then no real life friends (that I actually see often enough to consider a friend) so I cant really do a comparison :(
