    Hey praziskepsis, I'd suggest exercises. Not to say you don't exercise...

    I can feel similar to what you describe sometimes and often after i run or whatever I feel really relaxed and tranquil....my .02.

    CLASSIC insomnia.
    My brain won't shut off - about the most boring stupid shit... the rest of me is HOPELESSLY exhausted,and yes-Happens to me all the time.

    Stimulants that I think will help make it much worse.Caffeine, nicotine, alcohol- but who wants to give up those things?

    I feel too tired to jog when I feel this way, usually. But I can't wait until tomorrow morning. I'll be jogging like a son-of-a-bitch! :cheers2:

    Yeah, I feel that way after a couple days on a manic episode. Sometimes I go so long without sleep, that I become delusional and have to check myself in to the hospital. They stabilize me and send me home in a couple of days.
